Affiliate & Marketing Coordinator

About the role
As Affiliate & Marketing Coordinator, you will own the growth of our partner network and our content presence. You'll find and onboard new affiliates, bring local vendors with niche equipment onto our platform as merchants, coordinate ongoing partnerships and sales, publish social media content, and script YouTube tutorial videos that help customers get the most out of Monis.
What you'll do
- Coordinate the affiliate program — track performance and support partners
- Find, pitch, and onboard new affiliates to grow the network
- Find new merchants — local vendors with niche equipment — and onboard them to our platform
- Drive affiliate sales through outreach and relationship building
- Plan and publish social media posts across our channels
- Script YouTube tutorial videos and product walkthroughs
- Report on campaign and affiliate performance
What you bring
- Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or sales outreach
- Strong copywriting skills for social media and video scripts
- Comfortable pitching and onboarding partners independently
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content formats
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely
- English fluency (Bahasa Indonesia a plus)
