About the role
As Field & Warehouse Technician, you will manage tech equipment from warehouse to delivery — receiving inventory, performing technical assessments on laptops, labeling and storing equipment, and supporting on-site installations.
What you'll do
- Incorporating new stock items into inventory
- Labeling and storing tech equipment
- Performing technical checks on returned items
- Damage reporting and repair coordination
- Equipment cleaning and warehouse organization
- Delivery and pickup support with technical setup
What you bring
- Hands-on IT equipment experience (laptops, Macs, monitors)
- Knowledge of both Mac and Windows systems
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable with warehouse operations
- Scooter license required; car license preferred
- Proactive, disciplined, and tech-savvy mindset
